At LA-LU, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, from the first click to a potential exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all LA-LU tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
